Previewing innovative designs for the year ahead

This week the La-Z-Boy UK team has been at the NEC in Birmingham, unveiling our new collections for the year ahead.

We were delighted to welcome retailers from throughout the UK and Ireland to view the 18 new ranges, at our largest ever stand at the country’s largest furniture trade event.

Visitors were also treated to a preview of our new TV advert, which will premier on screen from 1st February, and could take a look at our print adverts and new brochure.

Urban chic

One of the highlights of the show was our Urban Attitudes collection – a range of models designed for city living.  Urban Attitudes has more compact dimensions than our traditional ranges, and offers the look and style of a static chair or sofa, but with the innovative comfort of a specially designed concealed reclining mechanism.

This brand new range has been designed for a fashion conscious consumer and is ideally sized to bring comfort and chic to apartments, town houses and city centre homes.  A wide range of attractive colours are available in both leather and fabric.

Setting trends

We keep a close eye on developing trends and have introduced new shapes, fabrics, patterns and colours across our existing Comfort Studio and Originals Collections.

We’ll be launching an updated swatch book for our fabrics and leathers, and bringing in additional luxe textures, such as velvet, suede-effect and quilting.  We’ll also have selected products available in new patterns and bright, jewel colourways.

It will be a few months before you’ll be able to see our new products in stores, but we’ll keep you posted as to when and where they will be available to buy.
