After three UK lockdowns to help control the Covid-19 pandemic, people have been spending more time in their homes than ever before. This has seen people shifting to wanting more comfortable and informal sofas, which are durable and hardwearing and will stay looking great even after lots of use.
There has also been a move towards people mixing and matching sofas and chairs, rather than having a co-ordinating three piece suite. La-Z-Boy’s Swivel Recliners are a great example of a versatile and comfortable way of adding more seating to your home without being tied to the traditional idea of one sofa and two matching armchairs. We have even introduced two tone sofa collections.

In our leather selection, our Salsa, Tango and Biscuit colourways fit in with the move towards earthy hues, while fans of inky blues will love our Atlantic, Pacific and Navy choices. Nature always plays an important part in our designs and shades and our Olive and Forest leather shades work well for people wanting to bring a sense of the outdoors into their home.
