La-Z-Boy UK is proud to be the new kit sponsor for the squash first team of the Limpsfield club, which competes in the Kent league.

The team, featuring England’s number one under 15s player Jonah Bryant, showcased their new strip in style at the first match of the season against Canterbury.

At more than 100 years old, The Limpsfield Club is one of the oldest racket clubs in the South East and has moved from being primarily a tennis club to a family racket club.

Over the recent years it has developed a very strong squash group under the leadership of Zeb Young, who is one of the highest rated squash coaches in the country. There is a particular focus on developing young talent, and the club boasts a number of England ranked junior players in the teams.

The La-Z-Boy sponsorship includes active involvement with the junior coaching.

Managing director of La-Z-Boy EMEA, Keith Wilson, who is a member of the club, said: “We’re delighted to sponsor such a forward thinking club which is working hard to nurture young and up-and-coming talent.  Here’s to a successful 2019 season!”
