We hope you will enjoy all the benefits that your La-Z-Boy product brings. Because you have purchased online via www.la-z-boy.co.uk/outlet/, you have 14 calendar days starting the day you received your order during which you can change your mind.

If you cancel the order and return the product(s) within 14 days for a full refund, you will be liable for the cost of returning the product(s).  Furniture must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging.  Costs for us collecting the product can be found in Clause 9.4 of our terms and conditions.

Acceptable Handling

We will class acceptable handling to be products that have been unboxed and re-boxed (into original packaging) and don’t exhibit any signs of visible use within the fourteen day period.

Product needs to be free of scrapes and scuffs, and not marked or stained in any way, that may affect the re-sale price of the goods.  If any such marks are visible, then we reserve the right to charge you a suitable amount against wear and tear.

What if my product is damaged, faulty or not what I ordered?

If your furniture is damaged or faulty please refer to the warranty card that came with your furniture.  If the product is not what you ordered, please refuse delivery and contact our customer services team on 01628 513810 or customerservices-uk@la-z-boy.com.
