This year, the NFL London Games will include a game between a US high school and talented young British American football players. A team from De La Salle – a Californian high school which counts former Jacksonville Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew among its former students – will play the NFL Academy.
This fixture will take place at 6pm on Tuesday, October 8 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The NFL Academy aims to develop American football talent among student athletes based in the UK.
